Returns & Exchanges

Born X Raised accepts returns on unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit or exchange only. Please note that all sales are final on limited edition collaborations and promotional items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Return Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; please print this and attach it securely to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the item is in its original condition with all tags attached.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, you will receive an email confirmation with your digital gift card or exchange details within 5-7 business days.
